A multi-function skin toner that inhibits melanocyte activity, it is the perfect pre-treatment for chemical peels. It can be used in the treatment room or sent home with clients to prepare for their upcoming treatment. 

Willow Bark and Kojic acid work together to suppress melanocyte activity. The formula also contains Niacinamide, which, although it does not inhibit the production of melanin, does inhibit the transfer of melanosomes to the surrounding keratinocytes.
