1. Eligibility
The Skin Essence VIP Rewards program is open to all registered customers of Skin Essence by Kathy who have an active account. By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Earning Points
Points can be earned through various activities, including placing orders, social media engagement, and referrals. The point values are as follows:
- Signup: 100 Points
- Place an Order: 5 Points for every $1 spent
- Like on Facebook: 50 Points
- Follow on Instagram: 50 Points
- Referral: Both the referrer and referee receive a $5 coupon when the referee makes a purchase of $50 or more.
3. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases:
- 100 Points = $1 Off (No minimum purchase required)
- 500 Points = $5 Off (Minimum purchase of $50 required)
- Points and rewards are not redeemable for cash.
4. Points Expiration
Points will remain valid as long as your account is active. If there is no activity (earn or redeem points) for a 12-month period, your points may expire.
5. Account Activity
Points are only earned on purchases made after joining the VIP Rewards program. Points cannot be earned on past purchases made before joining.
6. Refunds and Returns
If a purchase is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Any rewards redeemed for the returned items will be credited back to your account.
7. Point Transfer
Points cannot be transferred between accounts. Each account’s points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
8. Program Changes
Skin Essence by Kathy reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP Rewards program, including changing the point values, redemption options, and terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
9. Program Abuse
Any form of abuse of the VIP Rewards program, including but not limited to fraudulent activities or unauthorized use of points, may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of points.
10. Limitation of Liability
Skin Essence by Kathy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of points or rewards. In the event of a dispute regarding the VIP Rewards program, Skin Essence by Kathy's decisions are final.
11. Privacy Policy
Participation in the VIP Rewards program constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
