A flat shipping fee is charged per brand/vendor in your order.

Free shipping applies to orders with a total of $199 or more (before taxes and discounts).
Orders below this amount will incur applicable shipping fees.

Processing & Shipping Time

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.


Order Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of skincare products and for sanitation and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

All sales are final.

If you received an incorrect item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
