For hygiene and safety reasons, our products are not eligible for return.
Product Damages and issues
At Skin Essence by Kathy, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team at manager@skinessencebykathy.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help process the claim. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Order not Received
Firstly, we are so sorry you did not receive your order. Please contact us within 7 calendar days upon receiving an email with the subject line, "A shipment from order SKES#XXXX has been delivered," so we can investigate. We can not guarantee a refund. Please also check with your neighbors to see if they have received it. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.
Gift Cards
For gift cards, please note that they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a gift check is used for a purchase and the product is returned due to a defect or incorrect order, the gift check value will be credited back to the original purchaser's account.
