- Apply sunscreen generously to all exposed skin areas before going outdoors, at least 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.
- Make sure to cover all areas of the skin that will be exposed to the sun, including the face, ears and neck.
- Reapply sunscreen every 3 hours, or immediately after swimming or excessive sweating.
