Clear Skin Balancing Eye Cream is a thicker gel-cream formula designed to hydrate, smooth, and brighten the delicate eye area without feeling heavy. Part of the Niacinamide Line, it targets tone correction, hydration, and overall skin balance while maintaining a lightweight, cushiony finish.
The texture is between a gel and a cream, rich enough to soften fine lines while absorbing cleanly into the skin. It leaves the under-eye area smoother, more even, and well-hydrated.
